Many businesses — law firms, accountants, clinics — rightly don’t allow AI anywhere near client information. Neither do I. Jordan uses AI for the logistics around a new enquiry — and stops at a hard line drawn around your clients’ data.

- The AI services Jordan uses are not allowed to train on your data, and run on the shortest retention their providers offer.
- Only the minimum is collected. Enquiries that never become clients are deleted after a fixed period.
- Your business owns its data: export or delete it at any time. I sign a POPIA operator agreement with every client.
- Access is limited to named people and logged. Anything sensitive goes to a human — Jordan never gives advice.
Before anyone signs anything
You get a one-page security summary, the POPIA operator agreement, and a walkthrough with your IT person if you have one — so whoever is responsible for risk can say yes with their eyes open.
